The body of a stainless steel torx bolt, like other bolts, is round with threads, which can be metric, inch, partial, or full threads.

The head of a stainless steel torx bolt is spherical, similar to the DIN 7380 standard bolt. However, instead of a recessed hexagon like the DIN 7380 countersunk bolt, the stainless steel torx bolt is stamped in a star shape.
